Lara Adler

Not only is Lara Adler my sister, but she’s an amazing vegan foodie and expert on holistic health counseling.

As a holistic health counselor, she takes a very personal one-on-one approach, trying to solve the individualistic knots we each have navigating the array of health foods, diets, and information found in books and online.

The final output of our collaboration is still in the works, and on-going, but you can find the most recent work on her website, www.laraadler.com.
